We're going to walk through your business as if you were a CFO client of mine, and then we're going to turn that around and make it to where you are in the shoes of having your own CFO clients. Sometimes the best way to learn is by going through it yourself!
So it'll be a good experience to look into your own finances, but then also learn the structure and learn the process of being able to offer those services for your clients.

I’m the owner and CEO of Profit Priority,
a boutique accounting and fractional CFO firm helping creatives go from unsure to unstoppable when thinking about their finances.
Four years ago I took the leap of faith, got out of my comfort zone, invested quite a bit of money, and started my bookkeeping firm.
To say that this journey was life-changing is an understatement. Not just financially (though it really has completely changed) but mentally and spiritually.

Scaling a business is no joke and there have been so many lessons that I’ve learned from hiring employees, to adding on high-ticket advisory services, to learning to know when to slow down and what true success looks like (now that’s hard for me lol). The main thing is that I’ve learned to do this in 10-20 hour work weeks as I’m a busy mom of two little amazing kiddos. I want to be available and present for them while helping serve my amazing clients and create an incredible workplace for my employees!
Business aside, I’m really just a midwest gal obsessed with running, reading, iced coffees and spending time on the farm with my two little kiddos and amazing husband!

We'll meet once a week for 90 mins. The first 60 will be instruction + training, followed by 30 mins for Q&A.

Our CFO Dashboard is the bread and butter of our CFO services and for my personal businesses as well!
It's build in Google sheets so you, your team, and your clients can access it anywhere!

YES! I've had people share that their goal is to hire and/or train a team member to take on CFO clients because we all know they take more time!
So yes, this is exactly what I did when I brought on another CFO (Maddie) and she's done an incredible job!

Ideally you'll attend the weekly 90min calls live, but if not you can watch the replays.
Between the calls and homework + implementation I'd plan on 2.5 hours per week.
This is a sprint. We're doing as much as we can in 6 weeks so that 1. It doesn't drag out, and 2. You can quickly implement what you've learned for your clients.

Profit Boost is a bit of a blend. We do have the group component because I've had so many people needing this same thing. But you still get a 1:1 call with me to take a deeper dive into whatever you want support with specifically for your business!
